For me, Yoga is a way back to myself. After every session on the mat or meditation cushion, I feel more centered, calmer, and stronger at the same time.
My biggest passion is to share this feeling with my students! To give them the same opportunity to learn and grow that I was given. For this reason, I have committed myself to fully becoming a Yoga teacher mid of 2018.
Although my personal Yoga practice started quiet early (ca. 2003), at first Yoga was mainly a hobby for me. I was focused on studying Economics, then Banking & Finance at the University of St. Gallen. Later I went on to work at one of the two big Swiss banks for 6 years. During this time, I started to appreciate Yoga more and more as a way to relax and unwind from the challenges my job brought with it. By now I have come to learn that Yoga can be even much more than that.
Since I started my Yoga teacher training in 2017 (250h), continued in 2019 (250h), I take every chance that I get to learn more, deepen my personal practice and finetune my teaching skills. My goal is to empower you on your very personal Yoga and/or meditation journey.
