Daily life can be very challenging. Sometimes, we are faced with different smaller, or even bigger problems. Sometimes, we have to deal with overwhelming emotions. Sometimes, we are responsible for fast and far-reaching decisions. All of these moments require a lot of resources and capabilities. A strong mind and effective coping strategies will ease our behavior in critical situations and help us keep our composure.
In this webinar, we will drive into the topic of positive psychology, mindfulness, and mental strength. You will learn how to strengthen your mind and your resilience by applying different coping strategies. You will get the chance to practice these strategies in short exercises and learn how to use them in your daily life

Dr. Sonja Peteranderl studied Psychology at the University of Zurich and finished her doctoral grade in 2019 at the ETH Zurich. In 2021, she will complete the DAS (Diploma of advanced studies) in Sports Psychology at the University of Bern. Besides being a researcher at ETH Zurich, she teaches at the Fernuni Schweiz and works as a group fitness instructor at the ASVZ in Zurich. Thanks to her education, she could realize two passions – teaching sports and supporting people in achieving their goals – by connecting physiological and psychological issues in her own business as sport psychologist and mental health counsellor.
