Breathwork – The power of breathing

Breathwork has been used for thousands of years to access the stillness that exists beyond the thinking mind. We all have this amazing inner intelligence that we have difficulty accessing in our everyday lives because of interference from our egoic mind. In this workshop, the “chit-chat voice in your head” will be silenced through breath and music and your own inner guidance will give you just the right experience at this moment for personal growth and healing.

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a powerful tool for self-healing, self-awareness, and transformation. Through the use of the circular breath, music, and guidance you are able to access an expanded state of awareness, get your monkey mind out of the way and connect with your inner intelligence, also known as higher self. By doing breathwork on a regular basis, along with profound physical and emotional releases during the sessions, you will strengthen the neural pathway to this internal intelligence and be able to access it more consistently on a moment-to-moment basis in your life by just taking a few deep breaths.

Please do not register for this workshop if you have any of the following conditions or situations: Pregnancy, epilepsy, a detached retina, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease including prior heart attack, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, strokes, seizures, or other brain/neurological conditions, physical injuries that are not fully healed and could be re-injured through intense movement.
