Online workouts offer you a good alternatice to the regular gym workout. Just try it.

The schedule is diverse and has something to offer for everyone. Choose your favorite course and workout with us.

3. Live or On-Demand

Workout live and interact with our coaches or choose an on-demand class to workout whenever you like.

Our online trainings are interactive sports lessons that are streamed to your home via Zoom. These are live sessions in which the coach can interact with you and you can also ask questions. At the same time, other people train with and there is a bit of group dynamics πŸ™Œ

We have a timetable that answers this question πŸ˜‰. The trainings are in the morning, at noon and in the evening, so that you can incorporate the necessary exercise before work, during your lunch break or after work.

All you need is an internet connection and a laptop, tablet or smartphone. If you have sports equipment like a yoga mat, some weights and mini bands this would be great. But there is always something from your household that will serve as an alternative πŸ˜‰ Use a thik towel, fill a gym bag with books or use two wine bottles as weights. Our coaches will help you find the right solution
