FAQ's

Our online trainings are interactive sports lessons that are streamed to your home via Zoom. These are live sessions in which the coach can interact with you and you can also ask questions. At the same time, other people train with and there is a bit of group dynamics 🙌

We have a timetable that answers this question 😉. The trainings are in the morning, at noon and in the evening, so that you can incorporate the necessary exercise before work, during your lunch break or after work.

All you need is an internet connection and a laptop, tablet or smartphone. If you have sports equipment like a yoga mat, some weights and mini bands this would be great. But there is always something from your household that will serve as an alternative 😉 Use a thik towel, fill a gym bag with books or use two wine bottles as weights. Our coaches will help you find the right solution

You need some space at home - the living room should offer enough space 😉 If you have exercise equipment like a yoga mat, some weights, and mini bands this would be great. But there is always something in your household that serves as an alternative. 😉 Use a thik towel, fill a gym bag with books, or use two bottles of wine as weights. Our coaches will help you find the right solution.

The training is generally carried out in a main language, which is noted in the timetable. The instructions can also be bilingual 😉 Most of our coaches are multilingual, so you can always ask your questions in your own language.

Of course, that's entirely up to you. However, if you turn on the camera, the coach can correct you and give you feedback.
