Move for Movember

1. Choose your goal

We have prepared some suggestions of goals that you can choose from. Chose the one that suits you best or define your own goal. Print it, track your progress and share your progress on social media (this point is optional 😋)

2. Find Supporters

Ask your friends, your family, your partner to support you in your challenge. Your supporters should donate 10CHF, 25CHF or any other amount if you manage to successfully complete the challenge. The cool thing is – eBay will match every donation with the same amount.

3. Be active - MOVE

Take up your challenge and stay fit through MOVEmber. Sign up for the class you like, train with VIABZ’ coaches straight out of your living room and in between your work meetings. At the end of the month VIABZ will send you your personal certificate with some statistics on your performance during MOVEmber.

Our classes

All classes are specifically designed for your living room. You don’t need much equipment. Get your mat and maybe something heavy (wheigths, bottles, a duffle bag with books) and you are all set.

Legs, bums, tums

Aerobic training with music. Tone and strengthen your body.

Core training

Focused on the center of your body, this training will strengthen your abs and back muscles.

Yoga

Move with flow and elegance and control your body throughout this practice.

Functional training

Using functional movements from your everyday life, this training will strengthen muscles.

Pilates

This workout promotes strength and balanced muscle development as well as flexibility

Meditation

Focus and put your stress aside. Improve your self-awareness and increase your resilience.
