What is the VIABZ Challenge

The VIABZ team invites the ETH Entrepreneurship team to participate in a team challenge to stay as active as possible.

Do something for your health every day
To be healthy, you should incorporate daily exercise into your everyday life. It doesn’t always have to be a long and intensive training session, a short walk, a 5-minute stretch between two meetings or a breathing exercise are also good for your health.

Collect “active days” as a team
Collect “active days” and “active minutes” for your team with every session in which you do something for yourself and your well-being. You and your team should be active every day if possible.

Be active with VIABZ or by yourself
We provide a number of cool workouts. No matter what you like, we have it! Try a Yoga session, a functional fitness workout, or just follow a guided meditation. Of course, you can also do something by yourself and log this activity.

Healthiest Team in Switzerland
The team with the most active days wins the title of the healthiest team in Switzerland. In addition to eternal fame, the team also receives a CHF 50 voucher for Ochsner Sport.

How it works

To participate in the challenge, there are three easy steps that you need to follow:

Stay active with VIABZ or by yourself 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♂️
You don’t have a fixed routine yet? Then, join one of our sessions! We offer a variety of sports classes that are also suited for beginners. Maybe you will like one of these:

  • 🧘‍♂️ Yoga or Pilates
  • 🧎‍♂️ Core and “Rückenfit” training
  • 💪 HIIT or CrossFit-like workouts
  • 🥊 Kickboxing.

Of course, you can also just do your favorite activity and go for a walk or a swim.

To become the most active team during the challenge, you can log your activity on our webpage. You can log every little thing that contributes to your health and well-being. Here are some examples that are absolutely accepted:

  • 🏃‍♀️ 40-minute run by yourself
  • 🕺 60 min dance class at the studio
  • 🧘‍♂️ 5 min breathing exercise with VIABZ
  • 🌳 30 min walk with your team

Being a team will help you keep your motivation high! Talk to each other and come up with ways to stay active every day. Here are some of our best tips:
